The rooms are small but cozy, with adjustable temperatures and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and a wine and cheese event in the evening. There is also a reading room with coffee and snacks available throughout the day.

There are some minor inconveniences, such as noisy surroundings and a bit of renovation needed in the bathroom.

Conveniently located near major attractions such as Grand Central Station and Times Square. Received complimentary prossecco for our 25th anniversary. Helpful and attentive staff remembered our preferences. Enjoyed the cheese and wine buffet. an enjoyable stay with great attention to detail.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of town and within easy reach of the theaters in Broadway. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a rooftop bar and a restaurant that served delicious food. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere, despite the normal city street noise. The concept of having books available everywhere to read was a unique touch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the evening cheese and wine treat. This city was a good experience.

The hotel was delightful with perfect breakfasted and an incredible location very near to 5th Ave shops. We got room with comfortable decor and a good size bathroom to relax.

Location was prime, our room was beautiful and well-appointed. Continental breakfast was savoury and the staff was outstandingly accommodating.

The hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of a famous landmark. The staff was friendly and accommodating, taking care of our needs throughout our stay. The location was ideal, close to popular attractions and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The only downside was the limited breakfast options. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of fresh food choices, such as meats, cheeses, and eggs.

We loved staying at this hotel in Midtown Manhattan - it was right next to Central Station and had the feel of a library with lots of great books. The service from the staff was excellent - from room service to the bell staff/porter, everything was taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and in-room safe. The bar and restaurant areas were also wonderful, with delicious continental breakfast and great catering service. The leisure library and garden area were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The shuttle service to the airport was not reliable, I had to walk in the rain with my suitcase to catch the airport bus. This inconvenience should be addressed by the hotel to ensure a smoother departure.

Additionally, the staff is incredibly helpful and pays great attention to detail, making the experience enjoyable. The rooms are well-equipped and include amenities such as a fridge, safe, bottled water, robes, and slippers. The hotel also offers a wonderful cheese and wine buffet, as well as a reading room and happy hour.

There have been past difficulties with the shuttle service not being able to locate their address, which can be inconvenient for guests.

Despite being in the heart of the city, I was really surprised by how quiet the street was at night, ensuring a restful sleep. And as a book lover, the selection of reading material was a good bonus.
